Karrion Kross just added serious fuel to the fire following news that Vincent and Dutchcollectively known as The Righteousare done with AEW.
Shortly after word got out that the eerie tag team was granted their release from All Elite Wrestling, Kross took to Twitter with a cryptic black-and-white video. The WWE Superstar is shown seated in a chair, staring off into the distance. But what really caught fans attention was the brief sound of The Righteous entrance theme at the start of the clip.
Kross then snapped his fingers six times before muttering TIK TOK and walking off camera. That subtle reference didnt go unnoticed, especially after todays news. Fans immediately filled the replies, pointing out the use of the theme music and speculating whether Kross is teasing a future allianceor just playing mind games.
As noted earlier, Vincent and Dutch requested their AEW releases, and that the departures were granted last week. Though their contracts were set to run into late 2025, both men opted to leave early, with one source saying the decision was mutual. The door might not be closed entirely, the report added, suggesting a potential return down the line on a per-appearance basis.
The Righteous last appeared on AEW television in September 2024, during the Casino Tag Team Gauntlet on Dynamite. Their most recent ROH match came on April 17, 2025, in a loss alongside Ariya Daivari and Tony Nese. AEW coach Sarah Stock was also removed from the companys website around the same time, confirming earlier speculation about her exit.
But now, the real story might be outside AEW altogether. If Kross really is teasing something with The Righteous, WWE could be cooking up something darker than usual.
