WWE LFG delivered its most intense episode yet on May 4, as eliminations rocked the competition. With 16 hopefuls entering the night, only eight remainfour men and four womenafter the coaches were forced to cut half the roster. The emotional weight was heavy, and decisions didnt come easy.
The first matchup saw Tatyanna Dumas clash with Zena Sterling under Bubba Ray Dudleys mentorship. After the match, Bubba made the difficult call and eliminated Dumas. Booker T followed next, pairing Leigh Laurel against P. Nasty. Despite Laurels strong performance, Booker said hes looking for the best professional wrestler and made the call to send Leigh home.
In another tough decision, The Undertaker had to choose between Bayley Humphrey and Tyra Mae Steele. Though he praised Bayleys effort and potential, it was ultimately Bayley who was eliminated. The final womens elimination came from Mickie James team, where Sirena Linton was sent packing following her match against Dani Sekelsky.
Each coach began the night with four women on their teams, but by the end of the episode, only two per team remained. The eliminations werent just strategicthey were deeply personal, with coaches reflecting on each wrestlers heart, performance, and future.
With the female side now cut in half, all eyes turn to the men as the semifinals loom. The road to Madison Square Garden is getting steeperand only the strong will survive.
