CM Punk was betrayed by Paul Heyman at WrestleMania 41 and since then, it was clear the Second City Saint would be feuding with Heyman and Seth Rollins. While Punk is currently on a break from WWE, he has confirmed his status for the May 5th Raw in Omaha.
While speaking during an Instagram Live session, a fan asked CM Punk if he would be appearing on the May 5th episode of Raw in Omaha, stating that they need Monday Night Punk again.
The Second City Saint kept it short and sweet, stating that he had only one week off and that he needed more time, making it clear he wont be on the May 5th edition of Raw, saying, Brother, I had one week offI need more.
CM Punk was last seen during the April 21st edition of Monday Night Raw, which saw him and Roman Reigns getting absolutely destroyed by Seth Rollins, Paul Heyman and Bron Breakker.
With CM Punks absence not ending anytime soon, we will have to wait and see when the Second City Saint will make his triumphant return and go after Paul Heymans faction, as its clear he has a lot of unfinished business.
Are you looking forward to CM Punks return and eventual showdown with Paul Heyman and Seth Rollins? How do you think WWE should book his comeback? Drop your thoughts in the comments!
