On May 2nd, TNA Wrestling hosted its TV tapings at the Bren Events Center in Irvine, CA, with episodes scheduled to air in the coming weeks on AXS TV, and you may check out the spoiler results below.
Leon Slater defeated Royce Isaacs.
Frankie Kazarian came out next and said he was glad to be back in Southern California. He reminded the crowd that Joe Hendry has never beaten him and said he doesnt like Joe or his fans. He introduced Trick Williams. When Trick said Joe Hendrys name, Joe appeared along with Elijah. Santino Marella came out and said their tag match would happen right now instead of at the pay-per-view, but Robert Stone showed up and overruled Santino.
Tessa Blanchard and Victoria Crawford took on TNA Womens Champion Masha Slamovich and Nikkita Lyons. The match ended in disqualification after Masha hit Tessa with a chair. Santino tried to restart the match, but Robert Stone stopped him again.
Mustafa Alis group came out and insulted The Rascalz and their fans, calling them degenerates.
Trey Miguel and Zachary Wentz then faced John Skyler and Jason Hotch, who were joined by Tasha Steelz. During the match, Ali came down and argued with Tasha, which distracted Trey. Skyler and Hotch took advantage and got the win. After the match, Alis group attacked The Rascalz. Ace Austin ran out to help them.
KC Navarro and AJ Francis came out to insult Los Angeles. OShea Jackson came out and didnt like what AJ said. He called AJ a broke ass Uncle Phil. Then Mike Santana entered through the crowd, and Navarro and Francis ran off.
Indi Hartwell quick win over Kelsey Heather in a squash match.
Rosemary faced Xia Brookside, but the match ended in a disqualification. Former WWE star Xia Li showed up and helped Brookside. That left both Xias in the ring together.
Trick Williams joined the commentary team for the next match.
Moose and Brian Myers, with Dirty Dango at ringside, took on Elijah and TNA World Champion Joe Hendry. Elijah pinned Myers with a piledriver. After the match, Kazarian ran in and attacked Hendry, but Elijah hit Kaz with a guitar.
Mustafa Ali returned later and defeated Ace Austin in singles action.
Laredo Kid and Octagon Jr. teamed up to defeat Travis Williams and Judas Icarus. Eric Young was at ringside with the losing team.
Eddie Edwards, with Alisha Edwards, squashed Jake Painter in a quick match. Cody Deaner was on commentary for this one.
First Class (AJ Francis and KC Navarro) beat Sami Callihan and Mike Santana. Navarro pinned Callihan while OShea Jackson did commentary.
There was a segment teasing a debate: Robert Stone and Victoria Crawford on one side, and Santino Marella with Arianna Grace on the other.
Jody Threat and Dani Luna defeated Vipress and Mazzarati. After the match, Ash and Heather from By Elegance attacked them.
In the main event, Jeff Hardy, with his brother Matt in his corner, defeated Nic Nemeth who had his brother Ryan at ringside. After the match, Ryan Nemeth attacked Jeff Hardy, but Leon Slater ran out to make the save. This concluded the tapings.
