A series of cryptic social media posts from WWE Superstars this week had fans online convinced that some roster cuts might be on the horizonbut it looks like thats not the case.
Chelsea Green raised eyebrows after posting about her farewell address following her recent loss of the WWE United States Title. That quickly sparked speculation about her future with the company. But despite the dramatic post, sources say Green isnt going anywhere. She is scheduled to be at tonights SmackDown tapings, confirming shes still an active part of the roster.
Shotzi also had fans doing double takes after she dropped a self-made promo that many thought looked like a sendoff. However, no one close to the situation has heard anything about her being released. In fact, insiders praised her work, saying her promo turned heads behind the scenes. Nobody that weve talked to has heard shes released, but did speak highly of her self-produced promo, a source noted.
Then theres Austin Theory, who added fuel to the fire with an ominous social media post of his own. As of Friday morning, Theory remains with WWE, though the message left many confused.
