SummerSlam will be held in New Jerseys MetLife Stadium on August 2 and 3, 2025and the excitement couldnt be more obvious for the Premium Live Event. WWE officially unveiled the first poster for the show and it appears some big names are advertised already.
WWE took to Twitter and revealed the first official poster for the SummerSlam Premium Live Event this year. The poster featured all kinds of top Superstars, including John Cena, Rhea Ripley, CM Punk, Roman Reigns, Bianca Belair, Tiffany Stratton and finally, Cody Rhodes.
However, its worth noting that Drew McIntyre is absent from the poster. This wouldnt be the first time the Scottish Warrior was left off a promotional poster, and this has only confused fans.
As for Cody Rhodes, he has been absent from WWE television ever since he lost the Undisputed WWE Championship to John CenaatWrestleMania 41. With SummerSlam still months away, Rhodes will obviously return before then and fans feel he deserves a rematch with John Cena at the show.
Cardi B was also confirmed as the host for SummerSlam at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. Therefore, seeing as how so many big names are already advertised for the event, fans are already looking forward to seeing how the show will turn out.
