This past weekend, it was reported that now-former STARDOM talent Thekla was heading to the United States. At the last STARDOM event, Thekla lost her match, attacked the President of the promotion, and flipped off everyone. She was fired by the President to write her of TV and out of the promotion.
The newest report is saying that Thekla is likely to land in AEW.

Thekla is now done with Stardom after over three years in the company.
Fightful confirmed that Theklas agreement with Stardom has expired, and we can also confirm that she is effectively headed to the United States. Those weve spoken to claim that her move to the US has been planned quite a while back.
When Fightful had asked WWE sources about Thekla, among other talent that made their name in Japan around the time of Giulias signing, we were told they had their eye on her. There was also heavy All Elite Wrestling interest towards the end of 2024. In addition, a number of independent companies reached out to Fightful, inquiring if she was taking upcoming bookings.
Those that we spoke with in AEW believe she is headed to the company.
